Overview
The Conduct Committee was established to maintain an enjoyable experience at League games by monitoring and addressing behavioral issues.
Procedure
Incident Reporting. Referees report any and all adversities during and after an assigned game to the Referee Assignor, who supplies copies to the Committee.
Investigation & Notification. The appropriate Club/Town representative receives notification and is asked to follow up with coaching staff regarding what occurred and their planned response.
Resolution & Documentation. Town representatives submit a report detailing how the situation was addressed. The committee records, tracks, and marks incidents as active, pending, or closed.
Ongoing Review. The Committee monitors repeated offenses and may present sanction recommendations to the membership as appropriate.
Issues Monitored
Yellow cards, red cards, Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) infractions, and unsportsmanlike conduct.
Policy Authority
Disposition of all yellow-card warnings and red-card ejections defers to Club/Town policies. Absent established Club/Town policies, League rules apply.
